Eligibility Criteria for Admission
- Candidate should be an Indian National.
- Passed HSC (12th standard) or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as a compulsory subjects along with one of the Biology or Mathematics and obtained at least 45% (135 out of 300) marks; at least 40% (120 out of 300) marks in case of candidate of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Person with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in the above subject taken together.
Documents needed For Admission
No application will be considered unless it accompanies the attested copies of following documents.
A) Compulsory documents
- Mark sheet and passing certificate of qualifying examination i.e. HSC in Science (12th standard) or equivalent examination
- School/ Institute Leaving certificate
- Certificates of Nationality and Domicile
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Aadhar card
B) If Applicable
- Gap Certificate
- Caste Certificate (prescribed by state Govt. for students from Maharashtra only).
- Caste Validity Certificate
- Central Govt. Employee with transfer and joining date.
- Creamy / Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by concerned Collector / Deputy Collector / Sub-Divisional
- Income Certificate
- Nationalised Bank Saving Account
Reservation, selection and management quota
The seats are reserved for backward classes, physically handicapped, defense service personal, female candidates. Management quota is as per prescribed by state Govt. from time to time. Transfer, cancellation of admission, fee structure is as prescribed by state Govt. from time to time. The admissions made to the institute are provisional and are subject to approval by Directorate of Technical Education, Mumbai and MSBTE, Mumbai.

- The Total admission process is governed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai to ensure its transparency, fairness and objectiveness. Candidates selected for admission in this institute and desirous of taking admission in this Institute are required to complete the admission formalities on or before stipulated date. The formalities include.
- Payment of fees as shown in the schedule of fees
- Two passport size photographs
- Filling and submission of institute application form
- Admission could be rejected for any non-submission of any of the specified documents
- Original plus two Xerox copies duly attested of all the documents mentioned in the application form
- The claim for admission will be lost if the admission is not secured by completing all the formalities within the specified time
